I exclusively use Time To Pet, a pet care technology designed for small pet care companies. This platform provides valuable tools that enhance my services, including secure payment processing, calendar management, visit tracking, picture & video uploads, detailed report cards, and access to client communication. By booking through Time To Pet, you can enjoy a streamlined experience while ensuring your pet’s care is managed efficiently. At this time, booking outside of the platform is not an option, as it allows me to maintain the highest standards of service and safety for you and your pet.
To continue offering the highest level of service to both new and returning clients, I’ve updated my cancellation policy to better reflect current demand and scheduling needs.
While I remain more flexible than most local providers (and platforms like Rover), the following guidelines now apply:
Standard Visits
Cancel by the night before your scheduled visit — no charge.
Cancel same-day before arrival — 50% of the visit fee will apply.
Cancel after I’ve arrived or while I’m en route — full visit fee applies.
Holiday Visits
Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice.
If canceled with less than 7 days’ notice, the full visit fee will be charged.

We prioritize secure and convenient key handling to ensure seamless pet care services. To maintain efficiency and fairness, we have established the following policy for key pickups and drop-offs:
Meet & Greet/Scheduled Services: If a key is provided or returned during an initial meet & greet or at the start or conclusion of a booked service, there is no additional charge.
Separate Key Pickup or Drop-Off: If a key needs to be picked up or dropped off outside of a meet & greet or a scheduled service visit, there will be a $20 fee per trip to account for the additional time and travel.
For ongoing services, we recommend providing a secure lockbox or arranging for key storage to streamline future visits.
To keep things safe and smooth during pet sitting and dog walking visits, I ask that you let me know ahead of time if anyone else will be entering the home.
This includes family, friends, roommates, neighbors, cleaners, or anyone else who might stop by while I’m scheduled to provide care.
Unannounced visitors can be surprising and potentially unsafe. A quick message is all it takes.
