Bracey Berard
Hi, I'm Bracey, a South Jersey native and founder of Sniffari Strolls.
I started this business during one of the hardest stretches of my life. After decades in corporate HR and four consecutive layoffs, I was done waiting for companies to decide my worth. My dogs were what kept me grounded through all of it, so when I decided to build something of my own, pet care was the obvious choice. Not because it was a safe bet, but because it was the one place I already knew how to show up without overthinking it.
Sniffari Strolls runs on the same values I built my HR career on: reliability, honesty, and treating people like they matter. I document everything, communicate clearly, and don't overbook. Your pets get my full attention, not a distracted version of me trying to squeeze in one more client.
I still work in HR, leading the People Operations function for a clinical research company. That work makes me a better business owner. I understand accountability, I take trust seriously, and I know exactly what it costs when someone doesn't follow through.
I’ll treat your pet as if they were my own.
Meet My Pack , “The P-Squad”
Pip is my 4 pound tan chihuahua, and he’s the supervisor of the bunch. He loves to bark (a lot) and prefers to spend his time basking in the sun or keeping an eye on everyone’s fun activities, making sure things run smoothly.
Pinot is my black & tan chihuahua mix, and I often call him my soulmate. He’s the head of security around here and takes his job seriously. His favorite thing in the world is playing ball, and his love language is all about kisses—lots of them.
And then there’s Poppy, my lavender chihuahua. She’s the baby of the group, full of mischief and energy. Her favorite hobby is chasing squirrels, and when she’s not doing that, she’s usually glued to my side, reminding me just how obsessed she is with me.
Plum is my chiweenie tween and the newest addition to the pack. She's a snuggler at heart but don't let that fool you — she's also the most active of the bunch. Her favorite hobby is dribbling two balls at the same time, and when she's not doing that, she's either playing with her siblings or entertaining herself. She fits into this family like she was always supposed to be here.

Pixie, my beloved Westie mix, crossed the rainbow bridge on March 7, 2025, at 3:44 PM EST. The undeniable brains of the operation, Pixie took charge during our walks, ensuring everyone stayed on track, and enforced a strict bedtime routine. Sharp as a tack and always one step ahead, she was a natural leader, guiding our pack with quiet authority and unwavering devotion. Her presence brought order, her love brought warmth, and her absence leaves an immeasurable void.
